No tricks, no barrel-aged anything. This is the beer for a terrace at six in the evening: a clean lager with a soft grain sweetness, brewed on site and served young.
Sessionable by design. Light enough for the second one, and the one after that.
Served the Mexican way — a fresh lime wedge in the neck. The citrus cuts through and keeps every sip sharp.
Made by Brouwerij Troost in their own brewpubs, meters from where it's poured.
Brouwerij Troost pours its beers in its own Amsterdam brewpubs — copper kettles behind the bar, terrace out front. Order the Cerveza, ask for the lime, point your chair at the sun.
